downtown Blue Ridge, GA with paved road access all the way to the cabin.
This large luxury cabin
has a great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains,
large screened porch,
hot tub, pool table, and furnished to the hilt
in stylish rustic decor. Large open and
comfortable areas for lots of family enjoyment. The kitchen is open to
the
living & dining room, giving a wide open feeling to see the
great view. The basement has a
great game room as well.
This cabin is only about five minutes from downtown Blue Ridge,
Georgia, fifteen minutes from white
water rafting, tubing, and horseback riding in the Blue Ridge
Mountains of Georgia.

Weekly Rates are for 7 days/6 nights
Short
& Long Term Rentals Available.
Rental
rates are for 4 people.
Additional $10.00 per person for more guests, plus
10% lodging tax and a cleaning fee.
Peak Seasons and Holidays are subject to change.
Higher Ground has a 2 night minimum.
4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas
2 night minimum for Valentines
October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum
In order to hold the cabin, a $250.00 deposit is required at time
of reservation.
Reservation will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of
deposit.

adhere to strict policies in the best interest of all our guests.
For the safety of our guests, we maintain a strict no smoking policy
on our property. No persons under the age of 25 will be allowed
to make a reservation. Photo ID & Deposit Required For Reservations.
Any violations of these policies may result in a non-refundable
deposit and any further damages or cleaning expenses, as applicable,
will be billed to guests credit card, no exceptions. |
